Yes, they need to bury the power lines and also be prevented from passing the costs onto customers. They need to pay for it.

Industrial level incompetence, most likely for the sake of profit, with the 'blame' falling on the average customer?? Holy cow that pisses me off so bad. How could the customer have known! They probably didn't even have another option for power, and I really doubt they would've known they would be responsible if their power line got jacked up. It's like being responsible for if your section of sidewalk gets cracked even though they put it in tiny print and don't tell you until you have to pay, but even more evil. And then finding the nearest unhoused encampment to try to blame?? And their internal investigation saying they didn't find what other people found. Can they just get away with anything and blame us while they burn down the world? I'm furious idk if I'm making sense/understanding. I'll watch this again this evening

Literally this, new video has come out that pretty much seals the deal for SCE but we shall see as the months pass what exactly is going to happen. I HATE CORPORATE GREED
