-3/5 Stars, moved up one star from my original assessment. This book was a mix of some of the most grating personal monolauges that seemed endless and some of the most emotional realizations I had about my mother and her immigrant parents. The wild variation of emotions made me reluctant to finish this book, I’ve had it since January from my amazing friend Cheli. I just finished it on June 30th.
