Better Late Than Never
September has been good to me, I must say. After six months of being a carless girl in LA, I finally got myself a little hoopty! I’ll be doing a photoshoot with her as soon as the weather turns cold and moody to commemorate the most expensive thing I’ve ever bought for myself.
This past summer was insane for me, so I’m happy that things are starting to slow down a bit. We’ve finally hit 600 subscribers here, which is a huge milestone. Book club coming soon, just in time for spooky season!
Life:
Life has been a whirlwind. It’s crazy how much your life can change in just three months. I started 75 Hard (my version) on the very last day of September, and Week one has already been transformative. Routine is something so difficult to change, but as adults, it's imperative that we do. I’m making a choice to lock in for the next two years and create the life I want, while developing the person I want to become.
Health:
29 will be different, and to have a better 29, I need to start prepping in the later half of my 28th year. I’ve been more consistent than ever with eating healthy AND working out. Lifestyle shifts take time, and I’m happy to see the results, not just physically but mentally as well. Finishing 75 Hard is more than just completing the challenge—it’s about proving to myself that I can be disciplined.
Food:
Cottage Cheese Flatbread—I’ll insert a video into this post about it, but honestly, it has been life-changing. It’s super simple to make and absolutely delicious. My sister and I have been making smoked turkey, arugula, and Havarti wraps with it… It’s truly finger-licking good!

Alien Romulus: An absolutely incredible film! I’m such a fan of the Alien movies that I was going to watch this one anyway, but it turned out to be a great follow-up to the last two. Let me know if you’d like me to react to some spooky movies here? I was thinking of doing The Purge series for October...
